Being able to shift the paradigm on which a system is built or out of which it emerges, is the most powerful way to change it (See “Leverage Points: Places to intervene in a system” – Donella Meadows, 1990). The purpose of this podcast is to make transparent the ways activists, changemakers and community-builders around the world are shifting from paradigms of individualism, competitiveness, domination and control, to ones of connection, compassion, courage and trust.
